経営理念Management Philosophy

当社は、社員・スタッフの自己成長支援と短期的な各種の目標達成は当然のこととして、社会の進歩と発展、とりわけ「教育は人の幸せに寄与すべき」を第一義とし、社員・スタッフ・会社が一丸となり、「3つの貢献」の実現をめざすことを明確にするため、理念として設定しています。We firmly believe that education should, above all, contribute to human happiness. Guided by this belief, our corporate philosophy unites all employees, staff, and the company in pursuing continuous personal growth, achieving short-term goals, and advancing society, ultimately leading to the realization of the Three Core Contributions.

教育理念Educational Philosophy

全生徒一律ではなく、一人ひとりの生徒と向き合って、一人ひとりの生徒の幸福を願って、一人ひとりの生徒を「育む」ことを重視する意味から「1/1の教育」を理念として掲げています。Rather than applying a uniform approach, we believe in engaging with each student as an individual, sincerely wishing for their happiness and nurturing their personal growth. This belief is expressed in our philosophy of "1-on-1 Education."

社員・スタッフの行動指針のベースとなるものが「6つの実践」です。
その実践を通じて自己実現感、幸福感を実感してほしいと強く願い、設定しています。"The foundation of our employees' and staff's Action Guidelines is the Six Practices.
We established these practices with a strong hope that, through putting them into action, you will experience a sense of self-realization and true happiness."

肯定的思考 Positivity

自他共に「高い重要感」「成長無限」の視点。世の中に「失敗」はない。全ては「成功」へのプロセス。「考え方」から「行動」まで潜在意識をも変える、一貫したポジティブ思考と実践。See both yourself and others from a perspective of value and unlimited potential. There is no such thing as failure. Everything is part of the process toward success. Consistent positive thinking and practices even transform your subconscious mindset and actions.

信頼 Confidence

「人を心から動かす」必須条件。言行一致など「信頼構築の基本的言動」はもとより、自分から相手への「先制信頼」「先制表現」、そのために周囲の人に対する嫌悪のない、長所を見る「全員肯定」の日常的行動。Confidence is a prerequisite for moving people from the heart. Trust is built not only on fundamental behaviors such as consistency between words and actions, but also on taking the initiative to trust others and express that trust first. This requires a daily mindset of appreciating the good in those around you and avoiding negative feelings or judgments.

素直な心 Good Heart

「自己成長度」を決めるのは吸収力。人間としての魅力の向上は「素直な心」から。「肯定と賛同の心」に基づく実践。The degree of personal growth is determined by your ability to absorb. A good heart is the foundation for becoming a more genuinely appealing individual. It takes practice grounded in a mindset of affirmation and openness.

考え抜く Think Out

自分や会社の習慣、常識、文化、システムの「建設的破壊」を通じて考え抜いた変革。通常のレベルの「業務の終わり」(ベストを尽くす)が「自分の存在価値発揮の始まり」(ベストを超える)レベルに。We achieve thoughtful change through constructive destruction of our conventional habits, assumptions, culture, and systems. What is typically seen as the end of a task, giving your best, becomes the starting point for demonstrating your true value by going further.

感謝 Thankfulness

まず、今いる「自分の存在」と「他者の存在」に感謝。全てに「ありがとう」の心が「感謝」と「貢献」の出発点。Begin by appreciating your own existence and the presence of others. A heart of gratitude is the foundation for both thankfulness and contribution.

尽力 Valuable Effort

自分のためだけの「努力」より他者と自分のための「尽力」。そのために、相手の想いを知る。相手の立場に立ち切ることが前提。It is not just about making an effort for yourself — it is about devoting yourself to both yourself and others.
To do so, you need to understand their minds. This starts with fully putting yourself in their shoes.
